These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Larak's Oracle website, including zodiac calculators and interpretive tools, fortune and matching experiences, editorial archives and cultural materials, community and forum features, downloadable and shareable digital content, and user accounts and related services.

By accessing or using the platform, creating an account, purchasing digital content, or participating in community features, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The platform is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe-hosted checkout services. Larak's Oracle does not receive or store full payment card information.

Because digital content is delivered immediately upon access, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

Refund requests may be reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis, including situations involving:

• Duplicate purchases.
• Technical delivery failures.
• Unauthorized transactions reported promptly.

Pricing, availability, and access models may change over time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise noted, the platform's visual design, branding, editorial structure, illustrations, text, code, research framing, curated archive systems, and interpretive materials are owned by or licensed to Larak's Oracle and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may:

Generated materials may remain stored on platform systems for operational and archival purposes.

No prediction, compatibility outcome, fortune interpretation, or personal result is guaranteed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any dispute relating to the platform or these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in Auckland, New Zealand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
